The American artist Dale Chihuly has been making enchanting, spectacular and expressive creations from glass for over fifty years. His style can be recognized by the use of organic shapes, vibrant colors, and from the dizzying spatial effects of the installed works. Clearly defined periods can be distinguished in his career, reflecting his unceasing fascination for the fundamental nature of glass.
